”This Hotel was really bad. Furniture in bad conditions (Desk Chair, lamp damaged, no TV, clothe dryer and Ice Maker Out of Service. Breakfast was not really good having to wait while they are cooking/preparing more food to being sable take something for you. In general the sensation of not clean place was noticed in this place. I definitely won’t consider a Quality Inn place again.”

”All of the staff were so polite. Easy check in and out process. Kept telling us if need anything to let them know. It was very nice, clean room. Was quiet and relaxing.”

”The location is very close to Ft Leonard Wood, the beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and breakfast was excellent (eggs, sausage, Belgian waffles) compared to what other hotels generally offer as a complimentary breakfast. We would stay here again. I would have given it 5 stars except that there was too much noise coming through the ceiling from another guest above just walking around late into the night. It kept my husband from sleeping soundly.”

”This is a very out of the way place but it is quite,clean, a good place to eat a quarter of a mile away. The room was very clean and had the best hot water for a shower.the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I will stay there next time we are in st Robert”

”The manager tried to scam me for 100$ each night I stayed. And then kept deactivating my room keys, after each attempt to response an issue. They watch who comes in and out of your room, threatening to keep the deposit if anyone stops by whatsever.”

”The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off....

”Water was cut off half a day, jacuzzi tub didn't work, look like hair half way up the wall in the bathroom (im sure this is from the cleaning team wiping down tubs and sinks then using the same rag to wipe down walls). Had to leave early no compensation or help from the front desk.”

”We enjoyed the whole stay. Rooms were nice, clean great temperatures. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. This was our second time staying and would recommend to anyone.”
