The Lewis House-Garden Level Getaway Spot!

Welcome to Lewis House! This is a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment. It is fully independent and sparkling clean. It features a private entrance, a family room with a Smart TV and a completely equipped modern kitchen. One bedroom features a queen bed, the other a full sized bed. Free Wifi. It is located one block from the University of Wyoming. There is available off street parking. It is walking distance to a wonderful local coffee shop. Dogs welcome, $10/day fee for a dog.

This apartment has been entirely remodeled and the outside landscaping has been completely redone! It is updated and modern! Access to the entire apartment! The larger bedroom has a queen sized bed, spacious room and plenty of closet space. The smaller bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam cover and plenty of closet space. The kitchen is fully equipped for a night stay or an entire month with everything you need to cook and bake.

During your stay you will have access to the entire apartment. You can also access the gated backyard if you would like.

As hosts we live locally in Laramie. We are readily available throughout the day to answer questions and concerns. We want to be available so your stay is enjoyable. The check-in process is independent. An access code to the door locks will be provided when the place is booked.

The house is in a quaint neighborhood one block from the northwest corner of the University of Wyoming. It is an easy walk to the university classroom building, arts and science auditorium and Prexy`s Pasture. Turtle Rock Cafe is one block away. It is a local coffee shop and cafe with great food and a relaxed vibe. It is a short drive to Laramie`s historic downtown featuring lovely local shops and restaurants.

If you are planning to visit the University of Wyoming you can easily walk to campus from the apartment. Laramie is small so the historic downtown is close and quick drive away. It is also a bike friendly town with bike lanes on busy streets and lots of quiet streets to cruise around on.
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
Dog Rules: $15/day additional fee for dogs. Included before arrival. Clean up all waste before check out & no pets on beds and furniture.
