”I stopped here to break up a long drive from Pocatello to Spokane. As a 100% disabled veteran with severe leg issues, I checked in early and immediately asked the front desk for a ground-floor room. Despite an empty parking lot, they claimed none were available. To make matters worse, there are no elevators. I walked up to inspect the room before hauling my luggage up, and I am glad I did. The room looked straight out of the 1970s, the bathroom door was broken, and the bathroom itself was...

”The lady at check in was exceptionally nice and helpful. Other than that, this is a newly refurbished IHG motel and was up to their standards and met my expectations at that price point.”

”The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails.”

”There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again.”

”We really like this Hotel, but this recent stay was not our best. The room had a very musty/smoke smell. Staff was very kind a brought us some room spray, but the room still had an odor. We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully have a better room.”

”I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy.”

”The staff is great here. The hotel is clean. The only complaints I have are that the parking lot fills up quickly and there’s a lot of door slamming, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.”
