”Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Hotel is lovated about 10 minute walk from the wall and about 15 from vity centre. Room was bit outdated but very clean. Only minus i have is the noise, we had a room in the third floor near the elevator and i kept waking up because the noise from the hallway. Earplugs must! Very good breakfast and good overall experience!”

”We arrived hoping for a simple rest before an early flight, but the experience was disappointing. The front desk refused early check-in, which set the tone. Our room’s AC didn’t work, and there was no phone in the room, so we had to go down to the lobby to report it—twice—before anything was done. We were finally moved to a different room around midnight. With a 4:00 am airport departure, we barely slept. For the price, basic comforts and responsive service should be a given. Would not stay here...

”We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was easy to make the room dark at night, so sleeping was comfortable. The road to the accommodation was a bit rough, but even a small car could get there. The location itself was beautiful and the surroundings were fantastic, and the staff was super helpful and nice. Highly recommended!”

”The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return.”
