Never having stayed in a b and b this was excellent.

”House was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.
Was met by one of the owners, who was very welcoming and she gave me my key and some useful information.
The room (a small double) was beautiful and looked out onto the main room.
Bed was comfy and had a great night's sleep.
Only 2 issues, plug sockets are all very low to the carpet and I struggled to use them, as I have health issues.
Other issue was the shower. I struggled to get hot shower, with all the buttons and yhen when I did get...

”We just spent a few fantastic days at Dunvegan House and couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome—the hospitality here is truly special. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the location; being so close to the ferry terminal and having such beautiful views over the bay made everything so easy. A huge thank you to the team for such a memorable trip—we will definitely be back”

”The guest house was excellent except others using it were not.
Signs are needed to close doors quietly as front door bangs very loudly.
Those leaving also banged their doors.
Arguments in hall in middle of night was awful.
I understand this is not owners fault but signage asking to be respectful of others may help.
We were wakened at 2am till 4am with the noise.
No concern over room which was great.”

”The Alamo Guest House was lovely, in a great location across from a lovely park. Easy access to everything …. transport, museums, restaurants, etc. The staff were exceptional. Great breakfast offered.”
