5-room apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Artouste

The apartment is located at the base of the slopes with a beautiful view of the lake. South-facing balcony.
The resort is located 7 km from the Spanish border and about a dozen kilometers from the Formigal resort.

Beautiful duplex with 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed, sink, and TV, and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed.
Storage closets in the bedrooms and at the apartment entrance, as well as a wardrobe.
On the first floor:
Living room with a sofa and an extra armchair.
A large refrigerator and a 46-liter combination oven and microwave. Toaster, juicer, raclette machine.
TV, dining table with 5 chairs and an armchair.
Concierge service—sheet rental and laundry service—Otherwise, no linens are provided.
The apartment must be left clean. If it is not, the security deposit will be withheld.
NO PETS ALLOWED
NO SMOKING OR NOISE IN THE APARTMENT.
During the ski season, you are not allowed to walk up the stairs in ski boots. There is a ski locker available.

In the summer, the Artouste train—the highest in Europe—takes you to the heart of the national park in about 55 minutes. You’ll also have access to numerous hiking and trail runs (35 hiking trails), mountain bike trails, the Mountain Kart (7 km), and the Adventure Park, which offers 9 activities for children. Mountain hikes are available year-round.

In winter, the ski resort is open from December to March, depending on snow conditions; the neighboring Spanish resorts of Formigal and Panticosa are about 10 km away.

International Ski School (ESI)
ESI instructors welcome you to the Artouste ski resort for alpine ski lessons at all levels. A snow playground is available for children ages 4 and up.
