The apartment is located on the first floor of this traditional Ossau house. (The second floor is occasionally occupied.) Ground floor: storage room (washing machine, dryer, sink). Storage space for your mountain gear or bicycles. First floor: - Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, electric oven, and induction hob) - Comfortable living and dining area (pellet stove, flat-screen TV). - One bedroom (one double bed) opening onto a covered balcony with a lovely view of the mountains (Pic de Ger). - Bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin), separate WC. Sheets and towels are not provided. Cleaning deposit required. Weekly rentals only. Electricity consumption and heating are extra (meter reading). Pellet bags are charged according to consumption. Balcony and terrace with good sun exposure at the rear of the cottage (accessible from the bedrooms). Private enclosed courtyard (electric griddle, 2 sun loungers, garden furniture). Ample free parking nearby. The second floor of the house is very rarely occupied (shared staircase within the house serving floors 1 and 2 via landings).
