”Everything here is amazing from the view/landscape to their customer service, food, cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, flexibility/customer accommodation, etc.
My reservation was for 3 people but I wanted to have some family time with other family members, and they prepared a buffet for a total of 10 people... being able to have great family time and memories without any stress is amazing, and Yasper and his mom make this happen.

”We booked a last minute all-inclusive deal for 4 nights and we found it well worth the money. Restaurant food was pretty okay and due to low-season week, the service was also pretty fast for Domenican standards. We travelled with a 6 months old baby and the staff were really nice and kids-friendly. We had a deluxe studio and we loved it, clean and spacious, bed was also really comfortable and big. ”We stayed in the hotel 4 nights and we were extremely happy for everything. The breakfast was good and the hotel staff very nice and helpful. We ate at the hotel also dinner and the food was good. There is a small pool and sunbeds which was also nice after a long flight. The location is a little bit off in the city area, which we liked. ”Loved everything about the hotel, the staff was so nice and helpful they helped me get taxis and find places to shop. The room was nice and clean which was amazing because it rained a lot my time there so I tracked in mud and sand but the cleaners helped out so much. ”

”The location was an amazing by the beach, very relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast area was nice and the three houses looked unique. We stayed in Spanish Villa which had a nice terrace, but the room wasn't as good/clean as in the pictures.
We had mixed feelings about the service; part of the staff was friendly but overall the place is not very professionally run. There was a hassle upon check in, and the bar staff is slow and sometimes not even in there. Once we asked two beers just before 1 pm...
