This homey residence is fully equipped to ensure you have the perfect vacation, featuring all the essentials and a little extra for a short stay or an extended vacation. The property sits on a total lot size of 1,200 m², where the main house is built. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a breakfast nook, a kitchen, a terrace-dining area, a laundry room, covered parking for 2 vehicles and uncovered parking for 4 more, a pool, a hot tub, a gazebo, and a charcoal BBQ. At the back, there is another house with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The pool area includes a shower and a bathroom. This property is fully fenced to accommodate your pets.

The Equestrian Club, where La Veranera is located, has a security guard post at the entrance, and at night, security patrols are conducted to ensure the safety of residents and property, making it a peaceful and secure place.
