Apartment 'en la Playa' with sea view, balcony and Wi-Fi

The 'en la Playa' Apartment is located right on Las Canteras beach in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, with direct access to the promenade and sea views from the private balcony. Just a few meters away you will find restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and public transport stops.



This 40 m² apartment accommodates up to 3 guests: it features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, and 1 full bathroom. The private kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils.



The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Food and condiments can be purchased at nearby shops, just a few meters from the apartment.



Bed linen, towels, high-speed Wi-Fi, and TV are included. Fan and hairdryer are available upon request. Access is by stairs only (first floor). There is no air conditioning. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.



For stays up to one week, linen and towel changes or extra cleaning are not included unless requested. For longer stays, a weekly cleaning and linen and towel change are provided.
