Vegas getaway

We had a suite and it was very spacious. Loved the option of eating meals in our suite. Shuttle drops you at Paris - last one picks up at 9:30...wish they had a later one! Other reviews have mentioned - they are very pushy at check-in, trying to get you to attend their time share presentation. It was very hard to say no! Other than that we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

This property was great! Everything was smooth and I didn’t think the timeshare push was that aggressive; it was easy to say no. Tina was helpful and the accommodations and locations were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Room worked great and location worked out well also. I was a disappointed with the front desk and they were not real helpful in assisting us with questions and the shuttle was not very convenient nor timely and ended up just using Uber and Lyft. Very focused on selling time shares and not as focused on providing good customer service. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the trip and the room.

The stay was as expected. Great set up for small group or families. The only negative would be the advertisement of "shuttle". It would be better of it was ellaborated on to state "shuttle to the strip". We thought it was a shuttle to the airport. However, this did not dumenish our experience.

Family meet-up in Las Vegas

We enjoyed our sty at the Wyndham Grand Desert. Communication with Tina and Hannah was terrific and responses were incredibly prompt. They provided clear and concise info re: the items provided in the condo, check-in info, etc. We were not approached by anyone trying to convince to sign up for anything during our entire stay. Everyone we encountered from the folks at the registration desk to the shuttle driver were extremely pleasant and professional. The unit was spacious and the furnishings were comfortable. I will say the flooring in the bathrooms could have used a little more attention in terms of cleaning. Otherwise our stay was really nice and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Oasis from the (excellent) madness of the strip

Apartment just as described, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Tina was great and she was helpful in answering any questions. Despite many reviews about getting hassled for attend presentations, we were not approached once. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Resort was spotless. We will definitely return and stay again.

Inaugural Vegas Vaca

Long weekend to celebrate my sister-in-law’s 50th Birthday. Shania Twain concert followed by Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon hiking, Freemont Street, and the Strip. Resort only a half mile from Planet Hollywood. Resort shuttle to the Horseshoe made getting to the strip so easy. Included parking for the rental car also a huge plus. Room was well appointed and able to make breakfast in the condo before heading out. Comfortable beds. Far enough from the strip to avoid the constant noise and flashing lights through the window coverings. Had a great time. Would definitely stay again. Only negative during check in was the mini-sales pitch given in order to pick up the wrist bands to wear while on the resort property after getting my key cards. I shut it down after several minutes but I could have been more assertive on this knowing that I was a guest. But why not handed to me all together as a guest of a member? However, never approached again so just a minimal inconvenience. Not enough to make it a negative experience at an otherwise beautiful resort.

Nice spot close to the strip

This location suited our purposes perfectly. We really wanted to be close to but not have to deal with all the commotion of the strip. The property was clean, we loved having the kitchen, it has nice pools and if our kids were with us, we would spend a lot of our time on the property because it has many fun things to do. The front desk did try to talk us into attending a timeshare presentation, but we were able to politely say no a few times and they let us go on our way. I would consider staying here again for.the convenience.
