This charming abode fits 6 guests comfortably in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home has been recently remodeled so there is no carpet throughout the home and has new kitchen counter and bathrooms! Open floor plan for the living room, kitchen and dining room makes for a spacious area to relax in. There is an outdoor propane BBQ for grilling year round! It is less than 2 miles from downtown Henderson Water District, 5 miles to Cowabunga Bay Water Park and Lake Las Vegas, and 20 min to the strip!



The Space:

Guests have access to this entire single story home including garage. Please note: the garage must be opened manually. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



We’ve recently upgraded the entertainment experience for our guests! There are now 4 TVs in total—one in the living room and 3 brand-new TVs added to each of the bedrooms, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows in private.



All kitchen amenities are included such as dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee machine with K-cups, blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Please note: The refrigerator ice maker is currently unavailable. Washer/Dryer/Iron/Ironing board available. Towels, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash and Hair Dryers are also available in each bathroom. There is propane available for the outdoor BBQ that you're more than welcome to use!



For guests looking for a longer stays, the rate does go down after the first month as the City only requires taxes on the first 30 days.

Guest Access:

This is a completely private home there is no one else staying anywhere on property.



The Neighborhood:

Within 2 miles you will find Target, Walmart, Albertsons grocery store, Starbucks, many different types of other stores and gas stations. It’s also less than 2 miles to downtown Henderson Water District with casino, restaurants and bars! Only 20 min drive to the south end of the Las Vegas strip and Harry Reid International Airport. Great location for everything you need!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Covered driveway parking spaces are available. Additionally, you can park directly in front of the home. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

There is one front camera for security purposes. There are no cameras indoors.
