”Best part of this property is the location. It's an easy walk to Concha Beach. The bad part is just how noisy this neighborhood is. Not exactly sure why, but starting around 3am until 6am loud groups of people walk and stop and yell and have conversations right outside the window. Then after 6am, the street sweepers and garbage trucks go by. So if you're a heavy sleeper, this is for you. The worst part is the black mold in the AC unit and inside the artwork and wall. A trash can inside the unit...
