”Note: No elevator. You’ll be carrying your baggage up to 2nd floor. Breakfast was lacking any low carb/low sugar options. Basically waffles toast and yogurt. The clerk apologized that the drink and snack machines were poorly stocked -an ongoing issue. The spreads on the beds had dirty spots on them. And strange stains on the bathtub porcelain. Overall not a poor location, but it just appeared tired and dated. ”

”Our room smelled like pets. In particular it smelled like a dog kennel. I have allergies and it caused me to become very congested and made me sneeze a lot. There was a terribly loud and persistent noise coming from the thermostat and heat/cool unit in our room. It started up about every five minutes or so. Even after we turned it off it made loud noises like an industrial refrigerator. 👎”

”The room we stayed in was filthy. Ordered a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Something that looked like blood on the wall in the bathroom. Sheets and towels were clean but that was about it. When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana. So I assume that the clerk was probably high. paid $77 & some change. Not worth 20$ Do not recommend.”

”Night staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. Towels & wash cloths appeared to be new or newer. Beds/pillows were comfortable. This is the best Country Inn & Suites that I've visited. Thank you!”

”Firehouse Inn is filled with olde world charm. Hand painted walls, claw foot chairs, Bose audio system for easy listening, TV and a fireplace in large living room. Dining area can seat multiple guests in comfort. The hospitality is amazing! Donna’s cooking skills are mouthwatering and Mary is the go to person to get you settled in. Our bedroom had a very comfortable bed, lounge chair with ottoman and spotless bathroom. Shower was large enough for two people 👍! Will definitely visit again.”
