”The Gardeners Cottage at Brickendon was everything we could have dreamed of in a restored cottage. Having free access to the estate gardens and grounds whilst there was fantastic and we were lucky enough to meet members of the Archer family as well as their friendly staff. Although it is a working estate we were made very welcome and I cannot rate the whole experience highly enough. So special to see the whole estate being kept as a going concern and in the same family. Wonderful place!”

”Beautifully renovated house with all the amenities you need. Very easy walk into Launceston with spacious off street parking. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again. ”

”A great location for driving to other parts of Launceston and surrounding areas. The apartment was spacious and was as shown in the photos. The provision of some essential kitchen supplies was appreciated. The only down sides were that while the bathroom was recently renovated unfortunately the door could not be fully closed. Kitchen cleaning may need a little more attention as grease covered one of the elements (easily removed by heating the element) on an otherwise clean stove and the cups...

”Our stay at Hazelcreek Cottages was very comfortable, serene and peaceful. Enjoyed the rural setting and the quietness of the place. Stella our host was very welcoming and friendly,. we would stay there again. ”

”Well equipped property. All reasonably clean however some of the ornaments and artificial flower decorations were extremely dated and dusty. Hall runners and mats were a high risk trip hazard due to curling edges etc. Everything you need is there and beds very comfortable. Cottage is light and sunny Few maintenance issues with remotes for tv etc not working But generally a pleasant stay”

”Two great nights at Topiary Haven (should be “Heaven”) was the best possible way to start our Tasmanian holiday. The host was very friendly, the place was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed and more. It’s a great spot, close to the city and Cataract Gorge - but also a great place to relax in. Definitely THE place to stay in Launceston- we will be back!”
