”Great location and atmosphere. Staff very obliging. Reviews we read talked about the lift. Still out of service but the problem was explained to us about the difficulty in having it repaired. The staff were happy to deliver our luggage to our room.”

”The Florance was a great place to stay from every perspective. Room was excellent well fitted out and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great over the road from the Botanical Gardens and on the edge of the city. If you are an AFL fan down for the footy (as I was) the location is only a 10-15 minute stroll to the ground. Pub over the road was good for a meal. Will definitely return.”

They even left us a basket of goodies on the kitchen bench! Their home was immaculate, very spacious, modern and cosy and the beds were very comfortable.”
