”Hotel was excelent in every single way. Building and the rooms were beautifully renovated and hotel had all the amenities you could hope for. However the service was definitely the high point of our stay. Receptions, restaurant and maintenance staff were highly professional and above all the kindest staff we have encountered.”

”There was a little confusion about checking in. We arrive late and the staff already left for the date. Our Apartment was in the separate building away from the main building. There was no elevator in that building. The staff was nice enough to come back and carry the suitcase for us since we live on the top floor of the building with no elevator. The room is huge and clean. ”

”It is super wellness resort. The wellness area was great. Rooms were very good, and clean, very friendly stuff. The only thing is that it is a bit close to the main road where there are lot of car traffic. But apart from that the hotel is absolutely to recommend.”

”We so enjoyed this hotel. The owner was so helpful and gave us lots of good information. It was clean with a nice breakfast. We usually stay at Marriott and we weren’t sure what to expect. It’s very quaint and a two minute walk to the train station. Overall five stars.”

”Good central location only 5-10 min walk from Interlaken West train station. Was a nice location in the suburbs and the host was very friendly and gave some good tips on where we were hiking that day. Breakfast was nice and varied, and our beds were comfortable. Somewhere to store our luggage at the property after checkout while we hiked around Interlaken prior to our departure from the nearby train station which has direct train to Zurich airport. Very good spot!”
