Seasonal holiday rental, sleeps 14 in LAURAC EN VIVARAIS 07110 in Ardèche. The house is located in a quiet area close to main roads, 20 minutes from Aubenas and Vallon Pont d'Arc with the Ardèche gorges and its many tourist sites, the Chauvet cave, walks and bike rides, kayaking ... The house is a farmhouse with a fine history, an old silkworm farm converted into a farm, vaulted cellar with several sections, games room (table football, table tennis), jacuzzi, laundry room, on the 1st floor, large common room, 3 fully-equipped and independent T3s and a studio with fitted kitchen, bathroom, in the T3s, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with twin beds with the possibility of separating them. Shared kitchen of 50m².
Pets are welcome provided they do not cause any damage.
No smoking inside.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility,

Reservations for a minimum of 4 days, except from 1 June to 30 September when reservations are made by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
