”The room was clean and well stocked, but not in good condition. Furniture was worn and broken. The pillows felt like bags of lumpy fluff and definitely need replaced. The comforter was discolored. ”I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right.”
