”Very nice modern and clean rooms, great for a short stay. Also had HBO Max and Netflix and all other subscription services logged in and ready to use for free which was awesome.”

”Front desk staff was super friendly and courteous. I only stayed one night but if I stayed longer I would have complained. The floor was dirty and turned my bare feet or socks black. Curtains did not completely block light and light could be seen around the door. Quick stop yes, longer no.”

”Had to wait fifteen minutes before someone would come check us in. She was nice. We got a room on first floor in the side where it seemed like people were living in the hotel - hanging out in the doorway and lots video games playing. Other room beside us was filled with dogs barking. The room smelled terrible so we walked out and turned our key in and chose to stay somewhere else. Very different than the pictures make it seem.”

”Rooms were not clean and still had items such as used wash cloths and sheets in the room from previous occupants. WiFi was awful. Breakfast options were little Debbie’s. I was nervous about going up the stairs as they were broken and the metal posts stop two feet above the ground. There is about a 1/4 inch gap around the doors letting light in and possibly others. The bathrooms were falling apart and unventilated. Staff handed us sheets but didn’t change the bed that was stained from previous...

”Definitely outdated. I only reserved 2 nights just in case I wanted to change hotels for the rest of my seven day visit to Abingdon and I’m glad I did. Bathroom fan didn’t work. There were only two small drawers to put stuff in. Only 4 coat hangers left yet there were 4 more metal hanging clips without hangers. No coffee machine in room. Small tv. Won’t be returning. I apologize for not taking pictures.”

”Bathroom was dirty. The floor in front of the window was soaking wet - we had to change rooms. We were at breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end but was told they were out of fruit and out of other things. Poor selection of breakfast items. Overall, the place looks old and tired and the staff reflect that.”
