”Front desk staff very helpful. I booked reservations through Expedia with wrong dates. Expedia staff unable to correct dates. I took out extra insurance on 2nd reservation and they told me that it didn’t cover that. Corrected the dates the next day with hotel front desk.”

”Room was very clean, friendly staff and nice area. Lots of parking and safe. ”

”I didn't care for the odor in the reception area and hallways. I think it was because I believe the workers were smoking out front. There was a numerous amounts of cigarette butts outside in the front. They were everywhere— on the cub and all over the decorative rocks only near the handicap parking. We had to move from room 424 to 418 because the outlet was faulty. The ladies at the front desk were congenial and helpful in allowing us to switch rooms.”

”Very clean and accommodating to my personal needs. Only gripe is was told I was getting a room. With a king size bed. However it was actually 2 queen beds. Not too terrible. But worth mentioning nonetheless. ”

”Truly a historic building with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Indoor pool is large and clean. Outdoor pool was not open yet but looks wonderful. The view of Union City in the valley below was so pretty. We were upgraded from a standard queen room to a king, which was a pleasant surprise. Lobby has a large fireplace and great staircase. We enjoyed playing a couple of games of chess there, accompanied by a drink from the bar. Hotel is older and may lack a few things but...

”After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.”

”Price was great, and appropriate. Very humble and old school feel of a typical motor lodge. But so clean and great comfy bed. ”

”Creative rooms that were clean and fun. No staff on site, however chat staff helpful with quick responses and solutions. Area around property sketchy, dining extremely limited in town. Town was nonexistent and not worth visiting.”

”This is a beautiful luxury resort with all the amenities and it has a super friendly atmosphere. The spa experience is top notch and the therapists are excellent. There were some areas that were not open and under renovation during our stay. There were also a few restaurants that were closed which made the selection limited. Still, the accommodations are beautiful and the 2200 acres spectacular. A lot to see and do so if you are alone or traveling with kids there are plenty of activities.”
