”An historical hotel that would benefit from a renovation. Our room was on the ground floor, smelled of mildew, with need of new carpeting and bedding. The room door would only stay closed when locked and had significant gaps around the edges. ”

”We LOVED this hotel. The rooms are a bit small but the location is superb! It is central to all Savannah has to offer and the Staff at the front desk (Terry & Martha) were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again!”

”Everything was extremely clean. The staff was kind and the proximity to restaurants, parks, etc. was convenient. The free coffee in the morning was also delicious and out for early risers like myself. We were able to park in their lot on our second day but had to use the public garage across the street on the first day ($32 for 24 hours which isn't terrible!). The mattress in our room had a bit of a droop in the middle which resulted in us rolling into each other so we had to use a pillow to...

”Staff (minimal as it is) was very polite and helpful. Overall, the facility was nice, quite industrial, practical. The noises of the city were quite aggravating -- waste bins banging against each other (by people or trucks) were annoying; the screaming motorcycles were way too much. Several cars were also very noisy but nothing close to the motorcycles. The walk to our "apartment" was excessive -- especially when you have to load your own cart and push it all to the room. We aren't likely...

”We did an overnight stay on the way to Florida. It was awesome! It's a traditional bed and breakfast without the breakfast. We started in the sacred tower, and used the bathrooms in the hallway. There may have been other guests but we didn't see them. Nice property. Highly recommend for an unusual or unique stay! There were a couple of bars within walking distance to have late night drinks. ”
