When I first arrived, there was a barking dog in the room next to me so I had to return to the front desk to change the room. The second room I received the door lock was dead and couldn’t enter so I had to return again to the front desk. The third room I went to had snowplows and loud beeping at 9:30pm so I had to change rooms again. The fourth room was OK. However, changing through four rooms in two nights in one hotel is not ideal,
On the night of the plows, I contacted the front desk and asked what time they end. I was immediately dismissed saying they weren't on the property and could sense an attitude from the concierge. I video'd the plows, showed it to the concierge and his question was " What do you do for a living? Do you have someone telling you when to do your job?" All the while, all that needed to be offered was ANOTHER room. It was quite concerning the way that the situation was handled however, the situation did reach a solution after being called an “a hole” by Eric the concierge.
The hotel manager Kristine contacted me and gave me $25 credit. What a joke. Staff and rooms not good. Not to mention its $3 for a coffee in the hotel.
I could go further into detail if needed.
