Southern Charm 1 - 5 minutes to downtown Laurel. SUMMER SALE!!

Southern Charm is on a quiet and cute street just minutes from downtown Laurel. The house has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. There is one full bath and also a good size half bath.
The house is tastefully decorated with lots of color and antiques. All furniture (including mattresses) are brand new as of August, 2022. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you could possibly need for baking or making a family meal. The's a 55" TV, dining table for 4, and a big kitchen with keurig and cuisinart coffee makers, crockpot, nice set of pots and pans, knife set, and so much more.
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are included. All towels and linens are new.
You'll enjoy walking down the street with the cute southern homes closely.

Beverly is wonderful to work with. Such an adorable, well appointed house! Everything you could possibly need is provided. The sheets are so very soft and the bed super comfy! House is wonderfully clean. I love the big gas range! My only regret is that we didn't get to meet Beverly in person and enjoy the wonderful cookies all the previous guests rave about. We'll be back soon and hope to meet you then, Beverly.

A friend and I visited Laurel because of our love for the HGTV show Hometown. She and I appreciated the shops and the tour of the homes; however, what made our stay so enjoyable was the hospitality of Beverly and Don. We had the opportunity to meet them in person. They are a lovely couple. The communication from booking until checkout was fantastic.

A cute cottage with more room than first appears. Bedrooms each had a king size bed and plenty of space to walk around. Kitchen large and well supplied with cooking utensils and coffee! The added half bath was large and much appreciated when everyone was getting ready in the morning. There is a stack washer and dryer and detergent if needed. Close to town in a nice older neighborhood. Nice porch swing for relaxing. Hostess, Beverly, was very helpful with information about things to do and quick to answer any questions we had prior to arrival. If we come back to Laurel we will look to stay here first!

We had a great stay! Everything in the house was ‘just so’:the furniture/decor were very inviting, beds and linens were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, loved having a washer and dryer. The overall affect was very homey/cozy. We wanted to stay longer! In addition, Beverly was a great host. Very friendly, helpful and available. Would highly recommend Southern Charm!

Great little cottage!

Cottage was just as pictured and described. Beverly was great! She checked in with us prior to arrival date and during our stay. She asked if it was ok to come over and bring us some of her homemade cookies. We enjoyed our little visit along with the cookies! Highly recommend!

Perfect weekend getaway

The house is perfect - clean and cozy. We didn't cook meals while we were there, but the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is quiet and just a 5 minute drive to downtown Laurel. Mrs Beverly was an amazing host and was just a text away if we had questions. We will absolutely stay again.

Beverly was the best host. The house was everything she said it was and more. She was very communicative and patient during the booking process. She went above and beyond for her visitors and we will definitely be back. The house was super clean and well stocked with all supplies you could ever need. She answered all my questions and then some. She left several recommendations on shopping/attractions and restaurants that were all superb. Can’t say enough about Southern Charm and Beverly. The best experience on VRBO I’ve ever had!

Beverly could not have been helpful! She provided lists of restaurants, shops and experiences for all types and ages.The property was 5-7 mins from Downtown and close to literally everything we were interested in. Southern Charm in Laurel

Beverly is the absolute best host we have ever had and the house is so warm and welcoming. Laurel is every bit as charming as we have seen on our favorite show! We only had one evening to stay on our way to Gulf Shores, but we wish it could have been longer. Beverly bakes delicious cookies to welcome her guests! Highly recommend.
