”We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

”Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!”

”We stayed for eight days and having accommodations including the kitchen made our stay so much better than a regular hotel room. Their fitness center included some pretty heavy weights, which was great because many places we stay have small weights and it was an unexpected surprise so we could get in some good workouts every day. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and the hotel was very clean.”

”The Americinn in Forest Lake was affordable and clean. My son enjoyed playing in the large pool, but the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The beds were comfortable.”

”Not outdated. Room floor was dirty. Staff was good with the exception of one who would follow the kids around and complain about there wet feet walking through the halls and picking up cups and garbage even while they were still next to them.”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. The whole hotel stinks of mildew and body odor. Was almost hit in the parking lot twice. Elevator falling apart with cardboard walls and moving blankets nailed up. Extended my stay for the same room and staff wanted me to move out at 11 to check back in at 3 for no explainable reason. Please save yourself the trouble.”

”It’s a place to stay if you’re on a budget, The front desk attendant was nice. The back entrance door was busted and did not lock, so anyone could walk into the building. We moved the dresser to plug in something and there was a dust pile and hairs on the pillows.”

”First time I stayed my air conditioner didnt work, instead of fixing it....we had to change rooms...no compensation for our troubles....figured it was a one off....couple weeks later....we got a room with a broken shower....no way to fix it, no way to change rooms and no compensation...”

”Nobody was ever around to help us and it was filthy like nobody ever cleaned around there. Blinds were broken tv didn't work,water got all over the floor from the br shower. But the one thing I loved most was I was able to bring my fur babies there.”
