”Great stay again! One of our favorite places. :) we will be back!”

”The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the...

”There was an issue with our reservation, but the desk attendant (Chad) was most helpful and made sure we were not only satisfied with the outcome, but went over and above to make sure our stay was excellent and comfortable. We requested extra towels, blanket and pillows. These were delivered quickly without question.”

”Our family stayed for two nights and appreciated the clean room and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options that pleased each member of our group. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience!”

”Staff was great. There was a mixup with some of my groups rooms and once they confirmed our names, they got everything sorted quickly.”

”Big rooms! Great for families but not great if you want to sleep and have a quiet, normal stay. It’s just so loud. Kids running like crazy in the room above us. Doors constantly slamming in the halls and kids scream. We called with a noise complaint early in the morning and nothing changed. The breakfast is also lacking. Only eggs and sausage one morning. No waffles no oatmeal no biscuits and gravy on Saturdays. Pool was gross.”

”Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient!”

”What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The Monarch Restaurant seemed dreary, and the one morning we tried to have...

”The entire first floor reeked of cigarette smoke and the common area off the elevators had the same smell. We had a tough time getting the AC to work (tip- switch it off auto-mode) and when we called the front desk they were not very helpful. Checked in on the app and front desk said nothing had been done. No access to streaming apps on the TV and the shower was not great. We only stayed for a single night so it was fine, but for an extended stay I would have been super disappointed.”

”Stayed two nights and room was never checked on. No new towels or trash so I had to ask the receptionist myself for new towels and trash bags. Everything else besides that was decent.”

”We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.”

”We stayed 2 nights - PROS: Parking was fine, check-in/out staff were friendly, each process simple, bits of the property we frequented seemed safe inside/out, rm was clean, well stocked with towels, plenty of decent quality pillows, most rms around us were filled but we barely heard anything from other guests that weren't passing by in the hallway, bldg has an elevator, bkfst buffet was varied, and our dog was welcome.
