”Great Location in Manhattan with easy access to Tome Square, transportation and tourist sites…and the staff made this a great experience. Room was kept at a comfortable temp but bathroom smelled like a cigarette through the entire stay and the restaurant in the hotel but not associated with the hotel was our most expensive (twice the cost of restraints) meal for mid-range not so great food. Take the time to walk to a dinner spot and save the money! Would definitely stay again if we come...

”Very nice hotel, but some issues occured during our 7 days stay in september 2023. Great location, although lots of noise from building sites etc through the windows. Our room was on 34th floor, so low level room was not the reason. Windows had only double glazing, maybe that's the norm in NYC. Friendly staff, expect one lady in restaurant/lobby bar, who was very rude not once, but twice. Otherwise Restaurant Versa was very nice with good food. Some minor issues with the room. ”We booked and paid extra for a room with a view but there wasn’t much to see from the floor we were on and the side we faced. Also beware they hold $300 deposit for incidentals and such when you check in, this was never refunded after calling the hotel and waiting 10 business day, had to dispute with credit card. In addition, grout in bathroom floor was filthy and stained, not properly cleaned or maintained. Finally skip the breakfast, food was decent but folks working there are unfriendly.”

On other hand, our room and overall facilities felt much more outdated than I had expected considering the price level. The elevators were also quite slow and did not operate to all floors, which was quite frustrating”
