”Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

”The Cobblestone Harbor creek is my first choice when staying in Erie. This is a smaller hotel, but it ticks off what I need when I travel. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated.”

”We come here once a year to catch up with friends and the kids just love the pool as to why we come back every year. ”

”Clean”

”1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. ”

”I stayed here last night 4/7/26… first, I was double charged for the room. Manager says it should be back in my card in a few days… we’ll see. At night while blow drying my hair the power went out in my room. Staff came up after I called about 15-20 minutes later. He said there was nothing that maintenance could do… because they had never seen it happen before. He told me I could change rooms if i wanted to… well I was not going to stay in a dark room so I had to pack up ALL of my things and...

”Nobody at reception. I arrived at 9:15 pm and check in suppose to be until 12:00.Never got my room. I had to pay for another room somewhere else. ”

”Warm indoor pool. Nice exercise room. Excellent hot breakfast too. King bed room was spacious and very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very happy...no complaints.”

”Bar and restaurant were good, staff there were fine. Hotel is run down, rooms smell of pot, bed mattress and pillows were terrible. Breakfast was next to nothing. Grounds and hotel are in very poor upkeep. ”

”The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...

”The room and property were up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was great, nice options. Location was also safe and convenient. We would stay here again. ”

”Hotel was good, I went the weekend of Easter and they had it really nice decorated for Easter. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus. Definitely recommend it. ”
