âThe staff and experience was incredible. We had a room with smoking (already some expectations there I know) . The only complaint was the comforter we had had multiple HUGE burn holes in it and looks like it had for a while. I knows itâs a smoking room but come onâŠ. Other than that everything was pretty good. â

Free self parking, located on the Ohio River and rental bikes available made this a great hotel to stay in.
We rented a one bedroom suite which gave us a lot of room to relax in.â

âBreakfast is the best part of this hotel. The room was clean. The staff was courteous. However:
1) The water dispenser in the Fitness room would not dispense water. The gentleman Kyle at the front desk was able to resolve this situation within 30 mins.
2) The thermostat "display" on our 1st floor room did not show the essential details.
3) The window on the 1st floor room were not locked when we arrived.
4) The Fitness room was apparently in the process of being remodeled. Lots of dust...
