”The property was very new and very clean! Breakfast was quite good and offered a good variety.”

”Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

”We stopped for one night on our way from Chicago to Toronto. Quick check-in and nice spacious room. Easy to arrive and leave the hotel. Free parking.”

”Expedia is the problem!!! Terrible customer service making a single Dad pay for nights they didn't stay, when the hotel staff said is was fine to check out early without penalty. My card was charged for 2 nights thru Expedia and I paid separately for Thursday night as our baseball tournament started earlier than anticipated and ended earlier than anticipated too. $250 for one night at this hotel is gauging. This is a $120 a night hotel maximum.”

”Hotel was clean enough. But not CLEAN. The dust was noticeable on fixtures in the hallway, elevator was dirty. Pool tiles were missing and had a film on them. Bathroom sink was clean but shower had mold. Bed was super comfy. Pillows were great. Breakfast was good. I would stay again if passing through, but wouldn't go out of my way to stay there.”

”There were a ton of homeless people outside the building, but the security measures were very strong and the facilities were extremely clean and safe. The parking was additional which was frustrating. Otherwise the staff and amenities were stellar.”

”Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay.”

”First night they let us in the pool area but didn’t know how to turn on the lights so we were left in the dark. Had to ask to get in the pool area any time we wanted to swim. No towels were available at the pool. Blind in our room wouldn’t go up so we couldn’t see out the window. Called to let front desk know about the blind. Was told they would get it fixed right away. It didn’t get fixed during our stay. The shower chair (in a handicap room) was put together backwards. Had to go to the main...

”Staff was excellent. Check in was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was stocked and refilled throughout the morning. AC took a bit to cool the room down but we were coming from outdoor tournament and were extra hot.”
