”We happened to come to this place on the way from Vichy to Lyon; it’s not far from either. The castle is extremely beautiful. It has a big park with a little pond and a summerhouse, and a pool. Location is peaceful and not far from a little village. All the furniture and decorations are stylish and fit perfectly in the old castle. However, the bathrooms are comfortable and the heating works. The Swedish couple owning and managing the place is very friendly and devoted to what they do. They speak...

”The hotel was nice and easy to find. The negative side was that there was no restaurant at or near the hotel. Nearest restaurant about 10 km away. The breakfast served was good and basic and not too expensive. The countryside in the vecinity is beatyful and has plenty of vinyeards. Hotel was satisfactory and bathroom was clean and nice (had a small doubleroom), which was decent size. No showercurtain in the bath, and only a sit in tub with shower. Satff was helpful and friendly!”

”This old revived Mansion is magnificent, with its garden complex, Peacock & wild birds, roaming the back garden yards. It is an artistic master piece. The proprietor’s are interesting, very helpful and accommodating hosts. I would highly recommend. ”
