”I arrived after midnight and found staff in pajamas sleeping. They had no clue about my reservation even though it was booked 2 weeks ahead of time. I had to find my booking confirmation and show credit card statement of payment. Then i was walked through a dark alley to what could be otherwise considered the "boys quaters". My taxi driver was so scared of leaving me all alone and stayed until i got into my room. It was an ok room, sofa , tv, bed,bathrom, kitchen. I could smell the dust even...

”Firstly, the address advertised as well as the photographs of the accomodation are and is not the address of the actual "hostel. " There is no transportation to the actual address on Jan Smuts rd where you find out that you will be staying UPON ARRIVAL..
The cleanliness of the rooms are at best disgusting. No toilet paper is the tip of the iceberg.
There are naked woman walking the halls with numerous "visitors" coming in and out. The owner\manager is impossible to get hold of.
Disgraceful....
