All rooms are on the same level. The upper level is unfinished and therefore not included in the rental. The house has oil-fired central heating, a garage, and a 500 m² enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Towels are available for €10 per person per change, bed linen for €10 per bed per change, and end-of-stay cleaning for €60. Heating €10/day. Baby equipment: 1 cot and 1 high chair. In the Dordogne Valley (world-renowned castles, villages, and sites), this gîte is located in a quiet area 1 km from the river (river swimming with a pebble beach and fishing). Nearby are 120 km of marked hiking trails. Close to the Bessède Forest, the Cistercian Abbey of Cadouin (12th-15th centuries), the English bastide town of Molières (13th century), the fortified church (12th century) and communal oven of Urval (15th century), the Maxange Cave, and the Proumeyssac Abyss. Approximately 40 km away: the Lascaux 4 International Centre for Cave Art in Montignac, Sarlat (a medieval town with exceptional heritage), and Bergerac (vineyards and bastide towns).
