This accommodation called "SUNSET" is the complete and totally independent first floor of the 1st floor, with its garden not overlooked.

The accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave and convection ovens, refrigerator and dishwasher. On the dining room side, a table with 6 chairs. On the living room side, a sofa bed with 2 comfortable adult beds and a television.

The 2 bedrooms with double bed are separated by a small corridor in the center of which is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

Large wooden terrace with lounge, garden, BBQ and deckchairs and enclosed garden allowing you to park a vehicle.
