Perfect Location
We loved our stay, perfectly located to everything in LeClaire. House was decorated beautifully and had a bunch of holiday touches too. We want to come back when it’s warm out to take advantage of the outdoor space. Definitely recommend this place!!

This was my 4th stay at this property. I keep coming back because of the area but the loft is always nest and clean and presents as advertised. My family and I love the porch and firepit area, and the loft is located right in the middle of all LeClaire has to offer. This is a 5 star property.

The loft was ideal for our needs - spacious, charming and the location can’t be beat, right in the heart of Le Claire. Clean, inviting and comfortable - it had everything we needed and more. Top marks to our host, Sheila - great communication and she went above and beyond to make sure we were reunited with an item we’d left behind. Very happy with our stay and experience.

Walking distance to everything
We loved staying in the Loft house. It was cozy and well-stocked with everything you need to settle in. We were able to walk to the distillery and the shops amd dinner at the Crane and Pelican, which was outstanding.

Sweet property!
Perfect location! Wonderful accommodations and Sheila was a gem in arranging an early check in. Everything was perfect except that we are tall and could have used a king sized bed and a master bath on the same floor. With that said I’d recommend to all and will try to book that property for 4th of July or local festivities!

Adorable, well-maintained loft apartment
Such a beautiful, historical loft apartment that was very well maintained and centrally located in historic LeClaire that is situated along the banks of the Mississippi. We loved our stay and the proximity to the specialty shops along the Main Street. The host, Sheila, was very friendly and very easy to work with. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable in this clean and tidy rental. Cute coffee shop just below us. We walked down every morning to get our coffees and then right back up to the rental and relaxed on the balcony that faces the Main Street and the river, while we sipped our coffee. I highly recommend a weekend getaway or even longer, in this rental!

Stop Off On Our Way to Chicago
This place is great, and as advertised. Location is great to all LeClaire has to offer and the space is large and well laid out. It's fun to sit at the fire-pit and watch the activity on the street. Can't wait until we can squeeze in a 2 to 3 night stay and the host is easy to work with. We'll be back!

This home is clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was cold, so we could not use the porch or fire pit, so we’ll have to return. We were in town to visit family. The coffee from the shop downstairs was delicious, and the complimentary wine was so welcoming! Thank you for the incredible hospitality!

This was a great rental located right above the coffee shop on the main street. We could sit on the porch and watch the hustle and bustle going on in town. There was a great fire pit for our evenings. The house was perfect for our mother-daughters weekend getaway!! We will definitely be back and rent from sheila again!

Stop Over on the Way to Chicago
This was a great property and was better than advertised. The layout of the house was spacious, and we loved the front porch overlooking downtown Le Claire, IA. There's a great firepit with plenty of seating and wood, but it was a little hot in late August for a fire. Great location to explore the town and sample all the wares at the local brewery, distillery, and restaurants without worry about driving home. We'll be back soon for a late night bonfire.

Location and accommodations are the best
Located above a coffee shop, and right in the heart of the shops and restaurants. Across the street is a restaurant with a foodie’s dream menu and craft cocktails. Many other shops, antiques and restaurants are an easy walk. River boat tours and Buffalo Bill museum is an easy 2 block walk. The rental was spotless, well stocked, and comfortable furniture and beds. The towns people are friendly and welcoming. We walked into a local bar and were greeted and welcomed by the workers and the patrons.

Wonderful property in Le Claire IA
My wife and I stayed here over the Labor Day weekend to visit the Quad Cities and surrounding area. The location of this property was perfect for our visit. It is centrally located in Le Claire and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and stores. The property is an old, historic building but nicely updated and decorated (Joanna Gaines would feel right at home here). The check-in process was easy and the property manager added some nice special touches! Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic Place
We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for Iowa game. This was close to Interstate so easy 1 hour drive to Iowa City. Easy check-in. Off street parking. Walking distance to everything in LeClaire. We walked to winery, distillery and brewery. Weather was nice enough for a fire, which we really enjoyed. Sheila had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!
We came up for a wedding in Clinton and stayed a night in this property to relax before festivities began. The rental is beautifully kept, wonderfully located and spectacularly clean. Additionally, I left a lighted make up mirror upon checkout. Sheila brought it to our hotel in Clinton so we did not have to make a special trip back during all the weekend activities. We would whole heartedly recommend this rental and will be staying there again the next time we are in Le Claire. Tgabjs for everything!!!

Delightful home
We’ve used several vacation-home rental sites, and this home is one of the top two we’ve stayed in. It was comfortable, close to town sites but quiet (other than the nearby train station). :) Our visit was too short to enjoy all the amenities, so we’d love to return and stay here longer. It truly felt like a home, not an impersonal rental unit. Absolutely wonderful!

Check in was explained well and was easy. Rental was very clean and super stocked with everything we needed. We had a fire one night and sat on the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee. Check out was simple also. We had a great stay!!!

Quaint place on the Mississippi
The Loft was a delightful place to stay and accurately described in the listing. The owner had many lovely extras for us including a complimentary bottle of wine. Watching the barges on the river and the train pass by was added plus. Several nice shops within easy walking distance and an excellent pizza parlor riight across the street. I definitely recommend the Loft and will try to stay there again if I am in the area.

Wonderful historic home, great location
We had a wonderful weekend in the Quad cities. The location was ideal for sightseeing downtown LeClair, Iowa. Just steps away from the Wide River winery which had a number of great offerings. The loft was beautifully furnished and offered everything you would ever need, including 2 coffee makers! The bottle of wine at check in was a nice added touch along with a personalized sign with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The beds was comfy with high thread count sheets. A little surprised the trains blew their horns at night which did wake us up (x3). But other than that, we had a great experience.
