Located in Le Croisic, this 66 m² holiday home welcomes up to 6 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed (160), and a second bedroom with a double bed (140) plus two bunk beds (2x90). Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with garden view, separate toilet, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The house includes a TV, washing machine, step-free interior access, and family-friendly amenities: baby cot and crib, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, baby bathtub, children’s dishes, potty, toilet reducer, stroller, toys, children’s books, and board games.



Relax in the private garden and on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor leisure. Please note: the garden is not yet fully enclosed.



You have a parking space in front of the adjoining garage, with additional street parking available. In the garage, you’ll find children’s beach toys, a canoe-kayak, and fishing gear at your disposal.



The house is in a quiet residential area, just a 3-minute walk from the sea and Saint Goustan beach, and 15-20 minutes on foot from the town center’s market square (Place Dinan). Nearby, discover an oceanarium, horse riding, a tourist train, seafood restaurants, various sea-related activities, and salt marshes.



Pets are not allowed. Parties are not permitted, and smoking is prohibited indoors.



Bed linen is not provided. It can be rented for an additional fee via the concierge service, which also manages your check-in, stay, and check-out. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee. Other concierge services are available on request.
