In the heart of the Le Croisic peninsula and its wild coast, close to La Baule, Le Pouliguen, and Guérande, this is an ideal spot to relax between the sea and salt marshes: La Baule and Guérande are 20 minutes away, Saint-Nazaire 30 minutes, and Nantes 1 hour.



The house has 2 floors and a living area of 180 m². It accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms.



There is a small courtyard and a lovely enclosed garden, shaded in summer.
