La Joue du Loup - Chalet "Les Loups - Loups"

We offer for rent our independent chalet of 90m² in solid wood.

It is ideally located in the resort of La Joue du Loup (Le Devoluy resort, connected to the Super Devoluy resort, offering a total of more than 100 KM of ski slopes in addition to the famous cross-country ski trail), less than 200m from the foot of the slopes and the heart of the resort (5 minutes). A 4-season toboggan run has opened.
The chalet is in a 3-star tourist residence, quiet and full of character. It has a swimming pool (free) and a sauna (paying, 8 euros for 20 minutes) accessible in season (July/August and mid-December/mid-April) 30meters from the chalet (the swimming pool and sauna are reserved for the residence of which our chalet is a part).

Thanks to its exposure and its breathtaking view, you will be able to observe the Obiou mountain range.

Its design allows the first floor to have a friendly and warm space, the maximum capacity is 11 people:

On the first floor:
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hood, hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) open to the living room with a large table suitable for large tables (large family, couples of friends, etc.)
- a living room with TV, coffee table and comfortable sofa.
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed
- a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm) and 1 other bed (90cm), and many board games available, for young and old
- A bathroom with bathtub
- a separate toilet with a 300L hot water tank

Upstairs:

- a bedroom with a 140cm bed
- a large "dormitory" type room with 2 double beds in 90cm and a bed in 140cm; with a flat screen TV with DVD player and many DVDs available
- a bathroom with shower and toilet.

You can contemplate the snow-capped mountain ranges while having a coffee or lunch on the terrace.

You will have 3 free parking spaces and a ski locker at the foot of the chalet. The chalet is easily accessible in winter and summer (no need to crawl).

The rental is of course suitable for families (two cots, children's travel cots, baby high chair).

Bed and bath linen are not provided but can be rented additionally from our concierge service provider (beds can also be made before your arrival by the same provider).

The cottage is non-smoking and our pet friends are not allowed.

The cleaning fee is 130 euros for a week's rental and is 70 euros per weekend. The cleaning is carried out by a professional service provider.

Two washing machines and dryers are available at the service chalet located 30 m from the chalet (8 euros per machine).

Tourist tax applicable.

In this family resort, you will find various shops: bakery, mini-market, pharmacy, health centre, bar, restaurant, cinema, hairdresser, rental shops and sales of sports equipment, souvenir shop, laundromat as well as vending machine and post office. On the other hand, the resort has a daycare centre for children from 1 to 6 years old. Finally, the Odycea wellness centre is located a 5-minute walk from the chalet. The Tourist Office also organises free activities for children in season (shows, creative activities, etc.)

In summer, the chairlift at an altitude of 2000m is open for walks with breathtaking 360° views. For the more athletic, the descent is possible by mountain bike. In the resort, various activities are offered such as tree climbing, tennis court, table tennis, storytelling hikes, themed hikes (family survival, dinner at the refuge, discovery of plants, etc)...
