It features an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a 550 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1 (10 m²): queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2 (10 m²): two single beds (80x200) that can be joined to form a queen-size bed
- Bedroom 3 (14 m²): queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room with bath and WC
- A second bathroom awaits bedrooms 1 and 2
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A private heated swimming pool (7mx3.5m), open all year round, with safety alarm. A parent is responsible for children's swimming
- A beautiful 550 m² garden where you can set up a ping-pong table and dining table under the carbet (a 25m2 room open to the outside), which can accommodate up to 8 people
- A 100 m² terrace surrounding the swimming pool with sitting area and sunbathing area

The house is ideally located in Le Diamant, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, within a residential area. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... You'll be close to the beach, enabling you to enjoy swimming, diving and many other activities.
