Situated within the modern Les Chalets de l’Aiguille complex, its balcony overlooking the slopes and its location – within walking distance of the ski lifts – make it a lovely base for a stay in Le Grand-Bornand, in both summer and winter.

To ensure you can travel with peace of mind, cleaning is included and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided: bed linen, towels and household linen. The beds will be made up for your arrival.

Located on level -4 of the residential block, with lift access, the flat is fully fitted out on one level. It comprises the following:
- A cosy 20 m² living room with a television and access to the balcony
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob
- A bedroom of approximately 7 m² with a queen-size bed (160× 200), a fitted wardrobe and French doors opening directly onto the balcony
- A windowless bedroom of approximately 7 m², equipped with a queen-size bed (160 × 200)
- A bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

To make your stay more comfortable, the accommodation also features: free fibre-optic Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, an iron and ironing board, a high chair and a cot, a private ski locker reserved for the property, a shared bicycle storage room for residents of the complex and a barbecue.

The flat is situated in the Samance area, on the hills above Chinaillon, in pleasant surroundings offering lovely views of the slopes and the surrounding mountains.

The centre of Chinaillon, with its shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and ski run, is about a 15-minute walk away.

During the winter and summer tourist seasons, you can also make use of the free shuttle buses, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the residence.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking space reserved for the flat.
