Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² flat for rent in the heart of the village of Chinaillon in Le Grand-Bornand, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two of which are adjoining), a bathroom and a balcony. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A living room with sofa, TV, dining table and a corner fireplace (not functional).
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, ceramic hob and all crockery and cooking utensils.
- Bedrooms 1 to 3: one double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom and WC with washing machine and tumble dryer
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A balcony facing south-west

For information, the fireplace in the living room is for decorative purposes only.

The neighbourhood
Its proximity to both hiking trails and the village makes it very popular. The flat is a stone's throw from shops and restaurants.

Transport
- If you are coming by car, you can park in the private car park.
- Free shuttle buses run between Le Chinaillon and the village of Le Grand Bornand (6 km) and La Clusaz (12 km), so you can get around even if you don't necessarily have a car.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Annecy (40 km)
- Nearest airport: Geneva (70 km)
- Bus station: Le Grand-Bornand (7 km)
