”The location was perfect. At the day of the arrival I had to contact the owner to get the check in information. The ad said there would be wifi but there wasn't. When I asked the owner I was told I could get a portable router at the reception, which was closed every day for my 4-day stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Also at the last night of my stay there was a party untill 4 am I was not told about up front so it was hard getting up on time to check out at the right time. Nice big...

”Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...

”In this hotel the young and service minded staff really tries its best to get the customer feel welcome and "home". I spent one sunny Mars week skiing stayed at the hotel. Payed extra for breakfast. Payed no visit to the hotel's spa area though it was included in the room price. To sum up the pros: - large and airy room with a semi long hair full carpet (that was kept clean daily). - beds match what one expect from a four star hotel - a high standard french type breakfast buffet - magnificent...
