Cabanon Oléron for 4 people, very close to the ocean and all amenities

The Cabanon Tribu d'Ø is located in the southern part of Île d'Oléron, near the viaduct, in a very quiet neighborhood with a large, tree-lined garden bordering a national forest.

The Cabanon, renovated in 2021 and measuring 35 m², can accommodate 4 people. It consists of:

- a living area with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stovetop, oven).
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 x 200 cm) and dressers for storage.
- a shower room with a sink and toilet.
- a large garden.

Le Cabanon is located right next to the village center (a 3-minute walk) with:
- shops (Super U, covered market, boutiques, ...),
- restaurants,
- eco-museum,
- tennis court and community pool (in the summer),
- children’s playground (table tennis, skate park, soccer field, basketball court, bocce court, fitness trail)

The fine-sand beach at La Giraudière (one of the island’s most beautiful) is right nearby (800 m), accessible on foot or by bike.

The bike path that runs along the coast passes right by Le Cabanon.

Once you’ve parked your car, everything can be done on foot or by bike.
