Upon entering, you are welcomed into a bright and spacious living and dining area furnished with modern and beautiful décor, including a flat-screen television. The open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living space and is fully equipped for your culinary needs. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by its own flat-screen television. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 French bed of the same dimensions, measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. An interconnecting room of 6 m2 provides additional sleeping space with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it ideal for a child or additional guest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a separate WC. The apartment also benefits from 2 large terraces totalling 20 m2, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea and the port.
