Important Info:

• The property accommodates up to 4 guests (babies included).
• Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented on-site.
• Unaccompanied minors are not permitted.
• No additional tents or structures are allowed on the mobile home site.
Fees Upon Arrival:
• Damage deposit + cleaning deposit: €450 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required).
• Badge deposit: €30.
• Tourist tax per day and per person over 18 years old: €0.66 (2025 rate)
• Eco-contribution per day and per person over 18 years old: €0.20 (2025 rate)

• Indoor heated pool: Open all season for morning lengths.
