On the first floor, the living room consists of:
• A 15m² lounge area with two sofas and a flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
• A dining area under development, designed for convivial moments.
• A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and many accessories.
Upstairs, three comfortable bedrooms, each with private shower room and toilet:
• Two double bedrooms each with a 140x190 cm bed.
• A large bedroom Family bed with a 140x190 cm bed and two 90x190 cm single beds.
• A baby cot is also available and can be installed in the room of your choice.
A pleasant and well-equipped exterior
Enjoy a private garden of 165m², including an enclosed area of 100m², equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. A private parking lot that can accommodate three cars is also at your disposal.
