”We had a lovely two night stay here when we arrived in Marrakech. Our room was spotlessly clean and the decor is modern and cozy. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace and was delicious. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful and helped with anything we needed. The location was great, close to the markets, lovely restaurants and Le Jardin Secret. ”

”Riad Ilayka oli upea kokemus Marokossa, tilat ovat hienot ja henkilökunta kaikkineen uskomattoman mukavaa ja vieraanvaraista omistajarouvasta siivoojaan asti. Riad Zi was the perfect accommodation for us—beautiful property, quiet neighborhood that’s near attractions and dining, and exceptional service. ”We spent here 5 nights and reallyreally enjoyed it. First impression of the tunnel to riad can give you little bit creepy feeling, and the front door would've been impossible to find without help from the riad (we had ride from the airport by riad) but when we got there it's absolutely amazing. So peaceful, and beatiful and staff is the best. They helped us with everything and anyway they could, and it was always with a smile and a welcome feeling. Choose this one, Patrick will take care of you....

”The staff were lovely, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We were served tea as we filled out documents on check in. They provided us an adaptor to use during our stay with them. We had a leak in our room, which we didn’t mind as it was not bad and did not affect us, but our room was changed for us without us needing to raise a concern. ”Amazing palace to stay, with great and friendly staff. The staff went out of there to make me feel welcomed and Marrakesh. They also gave good insight to activities and spots to visit.
They also warn you about Hustlers that will try to show you the way to hotel, they charged me $20 for 5 minutes of time (as I sadly found out because I didn’t listen). They are persistent everywhere in Marrakesh and not just limited to the hotels, don’t let them follow you and don’t interact with them. ”

”I loved that this Riad was slightly off the beaten path. Very quiet location tucked behind the secret garden. You have to go down a few quiet alleys to get here but it is very clean, quiet and safe. The staff were exceptional. Thank you Abdo!”

"The entire stay and experience was a disaster from the beginning to the end. Personnel was rude and hotel manager refused to meet with me to address the problems. There is a long list of problems so I wont start writing them all here. I demand a refund!!"
