The apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence right next to the Saint-Clair beach. You benefit from a swimming pool within the residence.
Everything was completely renovated in 2022.
This is a studio equipped to accommodate 3 people.

Bed linen, towels (1 large per person), tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up.
We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay
Beach towels are not provided

## Neighborhood
Located about 1.5 km from Le Lavandou, the Saint-Clair district is home to the beach of the same name. Smaller than the nearby Lavandou Beach, Saint-Clair offers a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands (Port Cros and Le Levant). It is more secret and its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from dawn. Nicknamed "The Pearl", it offers a landscape worthy of tropical countries. Fine white sand, mountains surrounding it, this beach nestled at the foot of the pine forests has nothing to envy the postcards of certain distant countries.
Regularly cited as one of the most beautiful beaches in France, Saint-Clair also benefits from numerous shops (hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) all accessible on foot.
