”Unfortunately, mostly because of hotels.com apparently, this didn’t go as well as it could and should have. I booked my room last minute (at around 17.00), and did not receive any information other than the confirmation receipt. As there is no staff at the location, it’s impossible to get in without additional info. I tried calling in the given number but didn’t receive any answer.
