Come and stay in this charming holiday home that can accommodate up to 8 people. Ideal for large families or a stay with friends, it is fully equipped and designed for your comfort. You will appreciate the landscaped garden, with its barbecue for those with a sweet tooth.

Just 250 m from the first beaches, you can swim at any time of day and enjoy the many activities the region has to offer.



Upon arrival, you will discover the bright living room with access to the garden. You will have access to the lounge area with its sofa, the television (the stove in the photos is no longer in the house). There is also the welcoming dining table and the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has everything you need for cooking with induction hobs, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso.



The house has 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: has a double bed (140/190)

Bedroom 4: has a double bed (140/190)



You will also have access to 1 shower room and 1 bathroom, both equipped with hairdryers. For added comfort, a washing machine and an iron are at your disposal.

On the embankment and at the foot of the villas, you can also cycle. After that, you will have well deserved to taste the famous niniches! To change your horizons, you can discover the ramparts of Guérande or the marshes of the Brière Regional Park, a few kilometres away.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are offered as optional extras, depending on the level of comfort desired.

Any linen ordered is provided upon your arrival for the entire duration of your stay, with no possibility of replacement, and cleaning during your stay is outside our scope of services.
